    There is extensive research showing that cancer and disease exist and flourish in an acidic environment, and deteriorates and dies in an alkaline (oxygen rich) environment. Therefore, adopting an alkaline lifestyle is not just important for general health but has also been shown to prevent disease, slow the aging process, reduce pain and inflammation. The research on alkaline lifestyles is also shown to be true for viruses, bacteria, yeast, mould, fungus and candida cells which also thrive in an acidic, low oxygen / low pH environment.

    I’m here to show you how easy it can be to add more alkaline foods into your diet. When the toxins in your fat cells are flushed out, your liver can only then metabolize these fat cells and you will finally see belly fat disappear. It is not about eating less, it’s about eating more of the right foods. You will enjoy the feeling of not being bloated as you lose the water retention, toxins and unwanted fat around your belly.

    An acid-forming diet, emotional stress, toxic overload from household chemicals and medication or any process that deprives your cells of oxygen, all contribute to your pH being high on the acidic side. Your body will try to compensate for this acid by using alkaline minerals, like sodium from the stomach and calcium from the bones. This is the cause of Osteoporosis and a number of other diseases. If there are not enough minerals in the diet to compensate, a build-up of acids in the cells will occur, resulting in symptoms like pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, MS, lupus and many other inflammatory diseases. So how can you alkalise your body and your cells?

    My 21 Day Eating Plan works on the principle that your body’s natural state is lean and fit, not sluggish and overweight. As soon as you start eating alkaline, your body responds very quickly, and you’ll get lean and healthy fast. A balanced pH body revolves around making smarter eating choices so that alkaline-forming choices are front and centre on your plate.

      I have been part of the Celebrity Trainer community since 2015. I love the 21 day alkaline eating plan. For me, who is under weight, I use the guide as a resource to eat healthier and live a healthier lifestyle. I referred to it often for advice. I used the acid/alkaline food chart to help me with food choices and I loved the delicious recipes. This guide was extremely helpful to me. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to lose weight and/or wanting a healthier lifestyle.
