There is extensive research showing that cancer and disease exist and flourish in an acidic environment, and deteriorates and dies in an alkaline (oxygen rich) environment. Therefore, adopting an alkaline lifestyle is not just important for general health but has also been shown to prevent disease, slow the aging process, reduce pain and inflammation. The research on alkaline lifestyles is also shown to be true for viruses, bacteria, yeast, mould, fungus and candida cells which also thrive in an acidic, low oxygen / low pH environment.
I’m here to show you how easy it can be to add more alkaline foods into your diet. When the toxins in your fat cells are flushed out, your liver can only then metabolize these fat cells and you will finally see belly fat disappear. It is not about eating less, it’s about eating more of the right foods. You will enjoy the feelings of not being bloated as you lose the water retention, toxins and unwanted fat around your belly.
An acid-forming diet, emotional stress, toxic overload from household chemicals and medication or any process that deprives your cells of oxygen, all contribute to your pH being high on the acidic side. Your body will try to compensate for this acid by using alkaline minerals, like sodium from the stomach and calcium from the bones. This is the cause of Osteoporosis and a number of other diseases. If there are not enough minerals in the diet to compensate, a build-up of acids in the cells will occur, resulting in symptoms like pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, MS, lupus and many other inflammatory diseases. So how can you alkalise your body and your cells? My 21 Day Eating Plan and my 12 week transformation program both work on the principle that your body’s natural state is lean and fit, not sluggish and overweight. As soon as you start eating alkaline, your body responds very quickly, and you’ll get lean and healthy fast. A balanced pH body revolves around making smarter eating choices so that alkaline-forming choices are front and centre on your plate.

A-List Body Guide Alkaline Eating Plan
I recently completed Emily’s Alkaline Eating Plan and De-Stress Exercise Program. I was recovering from a period of illness and was very nervous about starting to exercise again, and was also still feeling very run down. I was very confused about what I should be eating as there is so much conflicting advice in regard to diet. Emily suggested I follow an alkaline diet and also gave advice in regard to stress management and how stress can stop weight loss. I commenced the eating plan and within a few days began to feel a lot better. Over the last 6 weeks I have lost 4kgs, reduced pain and inflammation, am exceeding my expectations of what I would be able to do physically and have been able to stop taking my prescription medication! I love how I feel now and would not change back to my old eating habits ever. I am so happy with the results I have achieved on Emily’s eating plan and would highly recommend it to everyone!

A-List Body Guide Alkaline Eating Plan
I used to be so bloated all the time! I didn’t realise it was from the acidic food I was eating and also not handling the stress in my life very well. I have just finished my 4th round through the A-List Body Guide Eating Plan, which has reduced all the inflammation around my belly and my skin problems have totally cleared up! I’m so happy that the plan is so easy to follow and the simple changes make such a difference! I’m not scared about going back to bad habits either because it is a lifestyle that is easy and possible. I also do the Workouts, and now when I work out I can see my abs and not just fat and bloating. Can’t recommend Emily’s Alkaline Eating Plan enough!

Emily, Thank you for everything you have done for me in Oxford as well as New York while I was filming Noah!
