Therefore, adopting an alkaline lifestyle is not just important for general health but has also been shown to prevent disease, slow the aging process, reduce pain and inflammation. The research on alkaline lifestyles is also shown to be true for viruses, bacteria, yeast, mould, fungus and candida cells which also thrive in an acidic, low oxygen / low pH environment.

I’m here to show you how easy it can be to add more alkaline foods into your diet. When the toxins in your fat cells are flushed out, your liver can only then metabolize these fat cells and you will finally see belly fat disappear. I recently completed Emily’s Alkaline Eating Plan and De-Stress Exercise Program. I was recovering from a period of illness and was very nervous about starting to exercise again, and was also still feeling very run down. I was very confused about what I should be eating as there is so much conflicting advice in regard to diet. Emily suggested I follow an alkaline diet and also gave advice in regard to stress management and how stress can stop weight loss. I commenced the eating plan and within a few days began to feel a lot better. Over the last 6 weeks I have lost 4kgs, reduced pain and inflammation, am exceeding my expectations of what I would be able to do physically and have been able to stop taking my prescription medication!
