Chocolate Brownie Bliss Balls


1/2 cup walnuts (50 grams) (for Vitamin E, folate, Omega-3s)
1/2 cup cashews (50 grams) (for Vitamins E, K, B6, magnesium, iron and selenium)
1 tbsp pepitas (for iron, zinc, fibre and good fats)
1 cup almond meal (80 grams) (protein and calcium)
1/4 cup raw cacao (20 grams) (for magnesium, calcium, iron, antioxidants)
12 dates, seeds removed (180 grams) (for energy, fibre and vitamins)
1 tablespoon honey (30 grams) (antibacterial, antifungal, energy)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt


Place all the ingredients into your food processor or Thermomix and blend at high speed until the mixture resembles a fine, sticky paste. Firmly press and shape the mixture into balls. Place in the fridge to set.
Eat and enjoy as a wholesome snack on the go!
