After a life suffering from chronic anxiety, depression, acne, weight issues, bloating, IBS and adrenal fatigue, in 2009 after a tragic event I decided to turn my life around. I believe that with every roadblock in life we have three choices. We can choose to be indifferent and stay stalled. We can choose to be consumed by it, sinking further and further until we are completely stuck. Or we can choose to Grab Life by the throat and fight. And that’s what I did. Believe it or not, it only took me three months to heal myself completely of all these stress-related illnesses that I had accepted as a normal part of life. I want you to also feel in control of your health and life, and stop letting it control you. I now get the opportunity to live with A-Listers around the world, coaching them through what I have learnt so they can feel healthy and body confident, while dealing with an intense schedule. It’s simple and you can do it too!

WHAT MAKES MY TRAINING
METHODS DIFFERENT?

As a ‘live-in’ Celebrity Fitness Trainer – I get to move from one busy A-Lister’s house and life to another, between London, New York, LA and Australia. As a fully qualified Exercise Physiologist I prescribe exercise to all people – even people with medical conditions, unlike normal personal trainers who only deal with healthy people. I am a Chek Exercise Coach (holistic exercise and nutrition specialist understanding the effects of stress, emotions, thoughts, hormones, posture, sleep and other aspects of life and how that can change what exercise you need). I have also studied at Masters level – musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation exercise, teaching fitness and nutrition and their effects on the body in Oxford and Melbourne. My Guides and Online Program reflect this. I am not just a health promoter, I am a Health Professional.

WHAT IS THE ALKALINE LIFESTYLE?

Eating alkaline is about adjusting your eating habits to influence your pH levels (the levels of acid and alkaline in your body). Our bodies should maintain a slightly alkaline state (pH of 7.2-7.4), and eating the wrong food increases acidity, causing stress, illness, weight gain, fatigue, inflammation, acne, premature aging and digestive stress.
